• Our Pest Control Service Plan begins with a complete interior and exterior inspection by one of our licensed company-trained technicians in order to identify any current infestations as well as any potential problems.

• Each year that the plan remains in effect, Newtown Termite & Pest Control, Inc. will conduct a free termite inspection of the property.

• In the event termites are detected either by Newtown Termite & Pest Control or by the customer while the plan is in effect, subsequent inspections, termite treatments, and any related damages will be covered at no cost to you.

MOSQUITO CONTROL

BAT REMOVAL

• Our bat removal service begins with a full inspection of your home or business in order to identify and ensure that a bat presence exists and that signs of an infestation are not the result of rodents or other unwanted pests.

• Additionally, the inspection process will determine the type of bats involved, the size and scope of the existing infestation, and if bat cleanup procedures are also necessary.

• The bat exclusion process is then implemented which consists of installing one-way doors, tubes, and netting depending on what is required. These devises allow the bats to exist the building but prevent re-entry.

• Once the bat exclusion process is underway, all entry points will be identifed and the proper method of closure will be utilized to prevent future infestations.

• Upon safely evicting the bats through using the proper exclusion procedures, the final step of the bat removal process is to professionally clean and sanitize all areas affected by the infestation.

TAP INSULATION SERVICE

• In addition to its pest control properties, TAP insulation's loose-fill properties ensures greater coverage than conventional insulation and has a greater "R-Value than blown-in fiberglass installation. Also helps to reduce noise.
